Suppose Gen 7 is an Australian region. Very large, a lot of area to cover, but completely boxed in by water. Most of the Pokemon are aggressive. Many reptilian and arachnid species, many poison types. Other Pokemon could include a true kangaroo, koala, dingo, platypus, emu.
